The system and examples of individualized IVF: focus on making better eggs, PGT-A and receptive endometrium
This January we had lots of questions about making better eggs and stronger blastocysts.
You already know that PGT-A is only a screening tool which does not make eggs or embryos better. To be able to benefit from PGT-A we need to create as many blastocysts as possible having morphology suitable for biopsy.
To have better blastocyst formation rates and stronger blastocysts we need mature eggs. This maturity should be not only formally defined by the presence of a polar body (MII oocyte). A mature competent egg should also have cytoplasmic maturity – enough energy and nutrition to cope with embryo cleavage, blastocyst formation, implantation.
The way ovarian stimulation is done has a huge impact not only on the number of mature eggs but also on how truly mature and competent they will be, what blastocyst formation rates they will provide and what morphology these blastocysts are going to reach. We see this not only in patients, but also in egg donors!
We have many patients who used to have only a low number of blastocysts or no blastocysts at all in their local clinics using standard protocols. Our individual approaches to their ovarian stimulations helped many of them create blastocysts and achieve successful pregnancies.
The goal of each individual ovarian stimulation is the same: to get the maximum possible number of mature competent eggs and morphologically strong blastocysts. The individual routes to achieving this goal in different patients are different.
In this webinar we will discuss our systematic approach to individualized ovarian stimulation, and I will share some individual examples with you too.
Then, before transferring a chromosomally normal embryo in the uterus we will focus on improving endometrial receptivity with the help of endometrial diagnostics and individual treatment, discuss our systematic approach and examples.
I am looking forward to welcoming you to this very interesting webinar and will share with you as much as I can to help you achieve your own goal!
