Head Coordinator

The work that I love

Now I am responsible for the quality of work of each patient coordinator.

My role in achieving the result of treatment consists in providing all our patients with a comfortable process from the very beginning of their treatment with us: to build an open dialogue with the patient; keep them informed by being one step further with all the necessary information and give them as much peace of mind as the whole coordinating team, people who are in love with what they do, can offer.

My own story began in the spring of 2008. At that time I worked in the branch of an international bank, where Dr. Olga Zaytseff came once as a client and where we met in the course of resolving her issue. Later, Dr. Olga offered me to work in a fertility clinic as her administrative assistant in the process of treating patients coming from other countries.

Everything seemed completely new to me in this field, but a lot of my previous experience was surprisingly useful: the knowledge gained in an international bank became necessary for working with contracts and foreign exchange payments, and the ability to take care in time, formed while working in a five-star hotel, helped to see the needs of patients and offer them comfortable solutions.

While already working in the clinic, I learned from my mother that her difficult path towards motherhood took her about 10 years of trying, and then I was able to realize what a difficult path my parents had gone through. Another fact that many of my friends gave birth through IVF also brought me closer to the clinic and the patients. Having got acquainted over the years with different stories of our patients and knowing the stories of my friends and parents, I can say with confidence that each of them has their own pain and their own process which is not easy.

Over the years that I have been a part of the clinic’s team, I have been involved in the implementation of completely different tasks: from creating contracts, describing work standards and participating in international exhibitions to filming a movie, organizing a holiday for the children of our former patients, seminars for men and women who want to become parents with the help of IVF and even charter flights for foreign patients at the beginning of the pandemic…

For many years we have been continuously building the trustful relations with our patients. First, we were part of the team of one of the largest fertility clinics, and then, in 2019, Dr. Olga Zaytseff and Dr. Elena Lapina created our large and beautiful home — O.L.G.A. Fertility Clinic — and the business became not a small part of a big business, but the very center of attention of its founders. I am glad that Dr. Olga's business, which she created with so much love, lives on and develops successfully. Great story, great journey, great experience and great success — I have seen all this for many years and I am happy to be part of an incredible miracle that helps people, after sometimes many years of longing, to give birth to a child.

I would like that patients, who have made a decision to get in touch with us, can trust us, relax and not worry that they will forget or miss something in the course of treatment. It is very important for me that they feel our care and can rely on us — for this we always have an action plan for any kind of possible scenario. Perhaps it is the desire to show sincere concern that helps me from the first words to bring warmth into the dialogue and sometimes even reach a trusting relationship with a person whom I do not know at all and who called me only because she accepted the idea of IVF. And quite often they call us from thousands of kilometers away...

I know how important this trust will be later during the treatment process, how it will support the patient and the team in achieving the result — an on-going pregnancy and childbirth within the minimum number of attempts. It is an incredible feeling to understand that after many attempts in different clinics, it was our team that was able to help the patient, putting all the expertise, love for their work and attention to every detail into the treatment process.

The O.L.G.A. Fertility Clinic

I draw my energy from being with people: from human contact and an environment of like-minded people. We hear and listen to each other, recognize each other's worth. It's great that in our everyday communication and in solving work tasks, you can enjoy not only the result of common work, but also the process of communication and warm relationships.

Now we have about 100 people, and everyone is responsible for their own part of the process, but what distinguishes our team is the ability to develop completely different abilities. This gives energy to move on, inspiration to create comfortable conditions for colleagues and, of course, for patients.

My personal interests

My resource is my family and the ability to look inside myself and devote time to what I really love, and not to what is considered to be fashionable or prestigious.

I am very grateful to my family for supporting me during busy periods of work, often protecting me from household chores and understanding my busyness on especially overwhelming working days.

Silence and calmness also give me energy. If I manage to sit alone by the lake, then this is an incredible resource for me, but 2-3 hours in peace and quiet at home will be also a great support. Perhaps that is why I love everything related to construction, renovation, and interior design - step by step to create a harmonious space where it is comfortable to be.

I also enjoy sap surfing. I like the fact that the board is for one person and that it gains speed precisely due to the fact that I am rowing, not the motor. I like to go fast, feel the wind, and then reaching the middle of the water to just lie on my back and enjoy the silence and the swaying of the waves...

I love driving and used to be a member of various car clubs. I am charged by the understanding that I can control two tons of metal, even speed up a little, turn on the music — it's like a quick restart for me.

Probably, all this gives me energy: my work, family and short reboots when I am alone and in silence. Only these three ingredients put together give me the resource and drive which I need to do my work well, be proud of the results, have a solid ground under my feet to move on and be in a resourceful state that allows me to care for others and help...

My education

2008 — St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, qualification — linguist, translator (higher education).
