“After many years of fertility treatment in Denmark, we were physically and emotionally exhausted. We felt like just another number in the system, with little individual attention or emotional support. We felt we had to be our own doctor and find the answers ourselves, while struggling with severe anxiety and stress.
After assessing our situation, Dr. Olga’s team offered us their Money Back Guarantee of Live Birth package. It changed everything for us.
From day one, we felt supported, heard and genuinely cared for. Our incredible, compassionate and dedicated team took care and responsibility of every aspect of our medical journey, including all the practical details, while also supporting us emotionally. For the first time, we felt we were truly supported and on the same team, sharing the same goal and the risk of not succeeding.
It took an enormous weight off our shoulders. It gave us a greater sense of peace and allowed us to enjoy life alongside an already difficult fertility journey, rather than just survive it.
After our fourth embryo transfer, we welcomed our son, Ludvig.”

Pernille and Christopher about Egg Donation
"We began our fertility journey in Denmark, hoping to have our second child. We already had a daughter, conceived using my own eggs, but after many unsuccessful IVF attempts, I became physically and emotionally exhausted.
That was when we found OLGA and met Dr. Anastasia and Dr. Anna. By then, I knew I couldn't face any more IVF cycles with my own eggs. The physical and emotional toll of repeated treatments is enormous for so many fertility patients, and I was overwhelmed by stress and anxiety. Continuing to pursue that path would have cost me far more than I was willing to give.
Looking back, my only regret is that we didn't come to OLGA sooner. In Denmark, it was difficult for the doctors to understand that I was no longer prepared to continue IVF with my own eggs. They struggled to accept that perhaps an alternative path to parenthood was the right one for our family.
From the moment I started treatment with OLGA, I gradually felt the stress begin to fade. It was such a relief to let go of the constant medical responsibility and stop feeling that I had to manage every aspect of the process myself. In Denmark, I often felt as I had to be my own doctor. With OLGA, I finally felt cared for and supported.
From our very first consultations, I was certain that egg donation was the right choice. Although my fertility was still considered good and I could have continued trying with my own eggs, that was no longer what mattered to us. Genetics were not the priorit — we simply wanted the chance to become parents again.
I felt immense gratitude towards the wonderful woman who became our egg donor. For me, the genetic connection was never the most important thing. Love was. Egg donation became the path that allowed me to become a mother once again, and deep in my heart, I knew it was the right decision.
After several unsuccessful attempts with my own eggs, we decided to move forward with egg donation. It was the best decision we could have made. I remain incredibly grateful that this option was available to us. On our second embryo transfer using donor eggs, I became pregnant with our son.
Like many women choosing egg donation, I experienced moments of doubt and worry throughout the process. Those feelings are completely natural. I wondered whether I would feel the same love, the same connection, the same bond with this baby as I did with our daughter, Cala. Deep down, I believed I would, but talking to other people and hearing different opinions sometimes made me feel vulnerable.
Today, I can honestly say that there is absolutely no difference. Cala is almost 13 years old, and our son, Ludvig, is loved just as deeply. If anything, my attachment to Ludvig feels even stronger. Looking back, I sometimes wonder why I ever had those fears. They were simply part of taking a different path to parenthood.
Today, I feel nothing but gratitude. Egg donation gave us the greatest gift we could ever have hoped for. It is a beautiful story of how Ludvig found his way into our arms."

Thank you dearest Pernille and Christoffer
for not giving up, despite numerous setbacks, despite the pain of disappointment, and the heavy burden of past attempts. Thank you for holding onto that fragile glimmer of hope deep within, and for summoning the strength to continue. We know just how difficult it is to start the journey anew when it feels as though you have no strength left to give.
Sincerely,
