Online application is submitted online 4-20 days before travel. - On January 1, 2020, Airport Pulkovo introduced the 7th-freedom traffic rights for foreign airlines to fly to the Russian city of St. Petersburg.
This allows airlines to fly to St.Petersburg not only from their home country, which makes it easier and cheaper for the airlines and the passengers. Budget airlines are coming back to St.Petersburg!
St.Petersburg is now getting closer to you – coming for the weekend or for the whole week is now possible without having to plan long in advance.
