Attempt — One cycle of IVF (ICSI) with your own eggs, PGT-A and all transfer cycles of suitable for use blastocysts, received from this IVF (ICSI) cycle with PGT-A (if any available).
PGT-A — preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidies.
Each IVF (ICSI) cycle with PGT-A includes:
- Individualized ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval under general anesthesia;
- Preparation of the Partner’s / donor’s sperm;
- Fertilization of eggs with Partner’s or donor’s sperm via IVF or ICSI if required;
- Cultivation of fertilized eggs till blastocyst stage;
- Assisted hatching and biopsy of all blastocysts if any available;
- Cryopreservation of blastocysts if any available and their storage (within the validity of the Contract);
- PGT-A testing if applicable.
Each blastocyst transfer cycle includes:
- Individual treatment plan for the blastocyst transfer
- Medical coordination before, during and after your embryo transfer
- Thawing of a suitable for use blastocyst
- Blastocyst transfer
Additional medical services included: one hysteroscopy, one ERA test, if necessary, cryopreservation of Partner sperm and/or receipt and storage of cryopreserved Partner/donor sperm within the duration of the Contract, cryopreservation and storage of the frozen blastocyst(s) within the duration of the Contract, individual airport transfers for You.
