My work in O.L.G.A. Clinic
I have been working with Dr. Olga Zaytseff since almost the very beginning of the International Fertility Programme that she so successfully created. At that time I was the only driver and city guide, so I was the first one who met patients at the airport. For me it has always been very important to create a friendly and cozy atmosphere for patients from the very first handshake so that they could relax and feel that they were taken care of.
Since then Dr. Olga’s team has grown a lot and become a wonderful O.L.G.A. Fertility Clinic where we now have the whole team of drivers taking care of our patients’ airport transfers and moving around the city. My role now is to supervise our drivers, monitor the schedule to make sure that everybody arrives and departs on time and to arrange city tours. But I still enjoy meeting our patients myself and helping them with recommendations of beautiful places in the city.
I am fond of Saint Petersburg and I love telling our patients about its history and culture and to share with them some interesting and surprising facts.
I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating good ambiance and I am so much happy when by the end of their stay patients tell me that they had an excellent time and Saint Petersburg is now forever in their heart. It means that I did my work well.
