The work that I love

The work that I love is to work with and for people.

I have always dreamed of being a part of a special, parallel world of the hotel business. My dream came true: from the start of my professional journey and for 15 years I worked in hotels. I chose non-chain ones:it was a pleasure for me to remember the guests, their preferences, biographical details; this made it possible to surround a person with an atmosphere that would make him or her feel welcomed here. I think it's genuine attention that makes people feel at ease and enjoy coming back to the same hotel over and over again.

In August 2020, the pandemic suggested that I change my career path. This is how I ended up in medicine, which opened up a new side to me.

Now I am a senior administrator in O.L.G.A, Fertility, and my task is, together with a team of administrators, to build a process so that each patient comfortably arrives at the clinic, goes through all the stages of treatment, and just as comfortably returns back home. For this we deeply study the medical process: this helps to clearly plan all the tests for a patient as well as communication with doctors and the clinic’s medical team. Sometimes solving a particular issue is a real challenge, and I like it. I like to look for the essence, for example, brief information in the news feed might not be enough for me, and I can scrupulously unwind a tangle of facts, moving from one article to another, from source to source, in order to form a comprehensive understanding of the issue that interests me. At the same time, I value clarity and speed, so I quickly determine the main points and connect the details so that, if necessary, I can convey the information found to those who are interested in it as quickly as possible.

The clinic team, it seems to me, has many talents, one of which is absolute responsibility. We understand how important every step is for successful treatment, so we do everything possible to ensure the greatest comfort for the patient. Real satisfaction is knowing that the result of our work is the birth of a person.

O.L.G.A. Fertility

The clinic has everything you need to come to work with a smile: comfort even in the smallest things, allowing you to do everything efficiently, as well as the reliability of the team and their sincere willingness to help. I love my job just as much as I love spending time with friends or doing things for myself and my family. For me there is no division between working and non-working time. My work is part of my lifestyle, a very important component of it.

My personal interests

I've graduated from a musical school. Music is an integral part of me. I practice music almost every day. This is a time for the soul and for development: playing the piano develops both hemispheres of the brain. I love performing classical music (I admire Chopin, who requires technique and a special approach to musical design) and neoclassical music (Yiruma is a Korean composer and pianist, Ludovico Einaudi is an Italian composer and performer).
I like to create decorative items (pots, baskets, artificial plants, candlesticks, napkins and much more) and paint flowers, African scenes... I am alternately attracted by natural beauty, primitiveness, color contrasts, clear transitions, straight lines, simple geometry and elegant contours... I like to draw or knit small details, going step by step in a certain order and connecting all the details into something voluminous and complete.

Sports, especially swimming, also provide a resourceful state. Water has special energy. I go to the pool three times a week: for me it’s training, technique, speed and the subsequent vigor and energy.

Each hobby renews energy and provides enough resources for clear and confident steps in any direction.

My education

2008 – St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, specialization - management (higher education).
