Natalya Glushkova

Administrator and Visa Specialist

My favourite work

My professional path began with working as an analyst at the bank. There was little live communication, and the environment seemed too formal. After several years there, which, of course, taught me a lot, I felt like I wanted to finally see what I devote so many hours of my life to in the end. I also always wanted to practice my language skills as well as medicine, which has always been interesting to me since there are many doctors in my family. All the desired criteria seemed incompatible at that time but fortunately turned out to be an absolute reality.

So in 2020 I started looking for a job I would fall in love with, refusing some pretty good offers from employers, and in the end in February 2021 I became an administrator at the O.L.G.A. Fertility.

Accompanying patients and administrative support during treatment requires a lot of skills from me: my previous experience as an international exhange students curator during my university days, as well as the ability to accurately and in a timely manner implement processes, which developed over the years of working at the bank, both come in handy. At the same time communicating with patients taught me flexibility, the ability to see a person’s needs and create comfortable communication, even if they are located thousands of kilometers away.

Trust is important to me. Therefore I strive to understand what brought patients to our clinic, what kind of concerns and expectations they have. I try to understand what kind of interaction will be supportive for each of them and to give everything necessary to move towards their goal.

The greatest value for me is to contribute to someone’s happiness. This is what gives me the motivation to do my job every day. Sometimes it can be quite difficult since pregnancy and childbirth do not always come after the very first attempt. But when the goal is finally achieved it’s a truly wonderful feeling.

O.L.G.A. Fertility

There is a special atmosphere here, very professional but at the same time feels like home. The pleasant communication and comfort of each room make the time spent here absolutely enjoyable: even on days when I can work remotely, I would rather choose to spend the day at my workplace.

Our clinic also has a very unique concept: everyone here can count on help and absolute support at any stage of the treatment process, be it medical, organizational or psychological.

My personal interests

My main hobby is traveling. I almost never plan trips in advance: I like to improvise and get to know the country as much as it allows, this creates my story not imposed by anyone. I usually travel on my own. I get a special impression by meeting locals, knowing their stories about the city and the most atmospheric places.

I love learning languages: I already speak English and German and try to learn Spanish.

I am a devoted fan of St.Petersburg: I love visiting exhibitions, finding cozy cafes or restaurants, walking along the streets of the city... I believe that everything in this city (maybe only except for the weather) is perfect. I love “sharing” the city with people willing to get to know it better.
