My starting point was to enter a medical college in&nbsp;St. Petersburg, where&nbsp;I acquired complex knowledge and&nbsp;skills in&nbsp;the profession of a nurse. Since&nbsp;then, I have been constantly striving for&nbsp;professional growth and&nbsp;I am ready to devote many hours to books, lectures, seminars and&nbsp;other sources of knowledge in&nbsp;order to be even&nbsp;more useful for&nbsp;my patients and&nbsp;colleagues.<\/p>\n<p>I believe that&nbsp;during the course of treatment, it is important for&nbsp;the patient to feel the professional and&nbsp;sincere care of the whole team. Therefore, I see my mission in&nbsp;providing maximum attention and&nbsp;care to each patient. I think that&nbsp;it is the warm attitude of each employee of the clinic that&nbsp;helps to make the patient&#8217;s journey more peaceful and&nbsp;comfortable. Such a warm-hearted attention will always be an important component of effective treatment based on&nbsp;the professionalism and&nbsp;quality of medical services.<\/p>\n<h3>The\u00a0O.L.G.A. Clinic<\/h3>\n<p>The O.L.G.A. Clinic team strives for&nbsp;the excellence in&nbsp;both treatment and&nbsp;care. A culture of continuous learning and&nbsp;professional development of each team member has been created here. Each year the clinic staff takes part in&nbsp;scientific conferences to keep abreast of cutting-edge research in&nbsp;the field of reproduction, embryology and&nbsp;andrology.<\/p>\n<p>For&nbsp;me, an important part of my work is the exchange of experience and&nbsp;knowledge with my colleagues.. I am happy to work in\u00a0a team format with outstanding specialists and\u00a0warm\u00a0personalities.<br \/>\nWise man said: \u201cNo one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it\u201d. Our team is like an orchestra. We are a single well-coordinated team where&nbsp;each specialist plays an important role and&nbsp;everyone can rely on&nbsp;each other.<\/p>\n<p>This is confirmed by our achievements: the long-awaited babies. And&nbsp;we are often able to achieve this result even&nbsp;in&nbsp;the most difficult cases!<\/p>\n<h3>My education and&nbsp;further professional development<\/h3>\n<p>I received a diploma with honors in&nbsp;family nursing at&nbsp;St. Petersburg Medical College No. 2 in&nbsp;2001. During my studies, I had the unique opportunity to practice medicine in&nbsp;Finland, where&nbsp;I also studied the Finnish healthcare system and&nbsp;the Finnish language. The experience of working abroad gave me a lot of new theoretical knowledge and&nbsp;practical skills. This stage played a big role in&nbsp;my professional development. I realized that&nbsp;a nurse is a specialist who&nbsp;knows not only medical issues, but&nbsp;also a wide range of psychological, sociological, cultural, historical and&nbsp;ethical aspects. Such a modern approach to nursing turned out to be very close to me and&nbsp;gave good ground for&nbsp;further professional growth.<\/p>\n<p>And&nbsp;when I started working with foreign patients, I decided to improve my understanding of the language and\u00a0culture of European patients, so&nbsp;I started a second degree in\u00a0English linguistics in\u00a02010. In\u00a0June 2014 I graduated with honors and\u00a0now\u00a0have a bachelor degree in\u00a0linguistics.<\/p>\n<h3>My professional experience<\/h3>\n<p>In&nbsp;2006, I met Dr. Olga Zaytseff and&nbsp;started working in&nbsp;a Russian-Finnish clinic as&nbsp;a chief nurse and&nbsp;doctor\u2019s assistant in&nbsp;the field of reproductive medicine. I accompanied patients at&nbsp;every stage of treatment, answered all medical questions: how to administer an injection, prepare for&nbsp;the procedure, what to do during stimulation, after&nbsp;egg collection and&nbsp;after embryo transfer.<\/p>\n<p>In&nbsp;2018, Dr Olga Zaytseff established O.L.G.A. Fertility Clinic, and&nbsp;I gladly accepted her job offer. Now&nbsp;I am the Deputy General Director for&nbsp;Consultative Medical Activities. My tasks are to organize and&nbsp;maintain comfortable interaction between the clinic and&nbsp;patients at&nbsp;all stages of treatment. I also help colleagues in&nbsp;solving individual issues related to the organization of medical support. I am responsible for&nbsp;the functional continuity among employees of different departments.<\/p>\n<p>Performing all administrative functions, I, as&nbsp;before, regularly communicate with our patients.
