Proven Results<\/h2>\n

The latest data we collected in OLGA Clinic (2019-2022) demonstrates that women in their upper reproductive age have a high chance of achieving a successful pregnancy and delivering a healthy baby within Egg Donation programmes:<\/p>\n

Out of 439 embryo transfers<\/strong> performed in women aged 44-52, 217 resulted in live births<\/strong> \u2013 a 49% success rate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There was no statistically significant difference<\/strong> in live birth rates between women aged 44-45 (51.0%)<\/strong> and those aged 48-52 (47.4%)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The majority of deliveries in both groups occurred at full term<\/strong>, indicating healthy pregnancies.<\/p>\n

74.7% of deliveries<\/strong> in the 48-52 age group and 88% in the 44-45 age group<\/strong> took place after full<\/strong> 37 weeks of pregnancy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There were no extremely preterm births<\/strong> (before 28 full weeks) in either age group.<\/p>\n

Medical research and clinical experience confirm that with proper screening and care, pregnancy at an older age can be both safe and successful<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  1. The risk for the mother and the child can be reduced by careful medical screening of the future mother and ensuring optimal health status prior to conception.<\/li>\n
  2. If a donor egg is used, an older woman can carry a pregnancy with a similar risk compared to younger patients<\/li>\n

  4. Many maternal complications are temporary and effectively treated<\/li>\n
