I decided to become a doctor when&nbsp;I was in&nbsp;the 11th grade. There were no doctors in&nbsp;my family in&nbsp;any generation. I chose my profession not by family vocation or&nbsp;the call of the soul, but&nbsp;rather based on&nbsp;my strengths. I studied well at&nbsp;school, and&nbsp;I especially loved biology and&nbsp;chemistry. I also always understood that&nbsp;working with people attracts me more than&nbsp;working with papers. Although&nbsp;I was then afraid of the sight of blood and&nbsp;injections, I still decided that&nbsp;I should have a go in&nbsp;medicine.<\/p>\n<p>When&nbsp;I started studying at&nbsp;the medical college, I realized that&nbsp;I had not made a mistake with the choice of profession, but, having received a diploma, I wanted to start working as&nbsp;soon&nbsp;as&nbsp;possible.<\/p>\n<p>The first job once&nbsp;again confirmed the correctness of my choice. I got into a very warm and&nbsp;friendly environment, and&nbsp;the work was 100% a pleasure. I was surrounded by very high-level specialists, it was a great start to my professional development.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone knows that&nbsp;professionalism in&nbsp;medicine comes only through great experience and&nbsp;hard work. I am grateful to my family for&nbsp;instilling in&nbsp;me the ability to be dedicated to my work and&nbsp;to be very respectful towards my chosen profession. And&nbsp;I am also grateful to all my colleagues for&nbsp;the generously shared experience. Putting into life all the accumulated knowledge, I help people, and&nbsp;this becomes our common merit.<\/p>\n<h3>The\u00a0O.L.G.A. Clinic<\/h3>\n<p>My job at&nbsp;O.L.G.A. Clinic is to help our patients prepare for&nbsp;IVF procedures. I answer all patient questions related to their treatment process: the specifics of taking medications and&nbsp;injections, clarifications on&nbsp;procedures or&nbsp;tests.<\/p>\n<p>My mission is to be a link between patients and&nbsp;doctors, and&nbsp;to take on&nbsp;everything that&nbsp;is within my responsibilities so&nbsp;that&nbsp;patients receive a quick and&nbsp;competent answer, and&nbsp;the doctor is not distracted from the main focus: analyzing patients&#8217; medical histories, drawing up individual treatment plans, patient appointments and&nbsp;conducting examinations.<\/p>\n<p>The O.L.G.A. Clinic has an amazing team. When&nbsp;I see how much my colleagues are involved in&nbsp;their work, how much everyone is immersed in&nbsp;the medical process of our patients and&nbsp;in achieving our patients\u2019 goals, I understand that&nbsp;we are truly a team of professionals and&nbsp;like-minded people.<\/p>\n<p>It is also important for&nbsp;me to realize how respectfully and&nbsp;warmly we treat each other, support each other, and&nbsp;not only as&nbsp;colleagues, but&nbsp;also in&nbsp;other aspects of life. Support, respect, understanding, tact \u2014 these are important components of the team for&nbsp;me. The O.L.G.A. Clinic brought together very high-level specialists in&nbsp;all areas of the process and&nbsp;at the same time very warm and&nbsp;sympathetic people, and&nbsp;this makes it possible to feel at&nbsp;work as&nbsp;if&nbsp;you are in&nbsp;a warm family circle. I trust my colleagues 100% and&nbsp;that is priceless.<\/p>\n<p>Patients in&nbsp;our clinic are also a very important part of the atmosphere. Quite often the ones who&nbsp;come to us have already been through a long way towards their goal. And&nbsp;accompanying such people, giving them professional and&nbsp;emotional support, is a great privilege.<\/p>\n<p>In&nbsp;general, fertility is a very important area for&nbsp;me. This is one of the few, as&nbsp;it seems to me, areas where&nbsp;the result of work \u2014 small, beautiful children \u2014 can please the heart so&nbsp;much.<\/p>\n<h3>My professional experience<\/h3>\n<p>2019 till&nbsp;now&nbsp;\u2014 O.L.G.A. Fertility Clinic, senior nurse.<\/p>\n<p>2018 \u2014 Fertility Clinic \u201cScanfert\u201d, nurse.<\/p>\n<p>2007 \u2013 2016 \u2014 Fertility Clinic &#8220;AVA-Peter&#8221;, nurse, fertility specialist\u2019s assistant.<\/p>\n<p>2005 \u2013 2007 \u2014 Private clinic Medexpress Service, nurse.<\/p>\n<h3>My education and&nbsp;further professional development<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2004 \u2013 Petrozavodsk Basic Medical College, General Medicine, qualification \u2013 paramedic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2013 \u2013 St. Petersburg State University of Service and\u00a0Economics, Economics and\u00a0Enterprise management, qualification \u2013 economist-manager.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2017 \u2013 Center for\u00a0Postgraduate Education of Medical Specialists, specialty \u2013 nursing (retraining).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2024 \u2013 \u00abRussian Medical Academy of Continuing Professional Education\u00bb of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, specialty \u2013 nursing (accreditation valid from 30\/01\/2024\u00a0to\u00a030\/01\/2029).<\/p>\n<h3>My personal interests<\/h3>\n<p>All my childhood and&nbsp;youth I was busy: I learned to play the piano, practiced karate and&nbsp;dancing, and&nbsp;I really liked all this. At&nbsp;some point, I had to choose between sports and&nbsp;music, and&nbsp;I chose music. So, I graduated from a music school in&nbsp;piano, having studied for&nbsp;8 years. And&nbsp;in the 10-11<sup>th<\/sup> grades I mastered the guitar a little. In&nbsp;general, I was always busy with something. Since&nbsp;then, probably, I have retained the habit of not sitting idle.<\/p>\n<p>After&nbsp;entering college, my main hobby was still studying, as&nbsp;we studied from morning until&nbsp;late at&nbsp;night.<\/p>\n<p>After&nbsp;receiving my diploma, I moved to St. Petersburg. From the first day of work until&nbsp;today, I\u2019ve devoted a lot of time to work, because&nbsp;I wanted to get enough experience in&nbsp;order to feel confident in&nbsp;the profession. And&nbsp;now I am the mother of a beautiful daughter and&nbsp;spend almost all my free time in&nbsp;household and&nbsp;maternal chores.<\/p>\n<p>When&nbsp;my daughter is a little older, I look forward to discovering this wonderful city and&nbsp;its sights together. And&nbsp;when I have some time that&nbsp;I can devote only to myself, then I will most likely return to yoga. And&nbsp;then to the guitar &#8230; Although, maybe it will be dancing. Who&nbsp;can foresee the desires of a woman who&nbsp;will have time for&nbsp;small personal joys. One thing I know for&nbsp;sure: I will not sit idle.
