{"id":2818,"date":"2020-06-09T10:39:35","date_gmt":"2020-06-09T10:39:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/olgafertilityclinic.com\/?page_id=2818"},"modified":"2024-09-24T09:56:40","modified_gmt":"2024-09-24T09:56:40","slug":"julia-reutova","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/olgafertilityclinic.com\/en\/team\/patient-coordinators\/julia-reutova\/","title":{"rendered":"Julia Reutova"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul id=\"H3tocList\" class=\"toclist fl\">\u00a0<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"cf\">The work that&nbsp;I love<\/h3>\n<p>Now&nbsp;I am responsible for&nbsp;the quality of work of each patient coordinator.<\/p>\n<p>My role in&nbsp;achieving the result of treatment consists in&nbsp;providing all our patients with a comfortable process from the very beginning of their treatment with us: to build an open dialogue with the patient; keep them informed by being one step further with all the necessary information and&nbsp;give them as&nbsp;much peace of mind as&nbsp;the whole coordinating team, people who&nbsp;are in&nbsp;love with what they do, can offer.<\/p>\n<p>My own story began in&nbsp;the spring of 2008. At&nbsp;that time I worked in&nbsp;the branch of an international bank, where&nbsp;Dr. Olga Zaytseff came once&nbsp;as&nbsp;a client and&nbsp;where we met in&nbsp;the course of resolving her issue. Later, Dr. Olga offered me to work in&nbsp;a fertility clinic as&nbsp;her administrative assistant in&nbsp;the process of treating patients coming from other countries.<\/p>\n<p>Everything seemed completely new to me in&nbsp;this field, but&nbsp;a lot of my previous experience was surprisingly useful: the knowledge gained in&nbsp;an international bank became necessary for&nbsp;working with contracts and&nbsp;foreign exchange payments, and&nbsp;the ability to take care in&nbsp;time, formed while&nbsp;working in&nbsp;a five-star hotel, helped to see the needs of patients and&nbsp;offer them comfortable solutions.<\/p>\n<p>While&nbsp;already working in&nbsp;the clinic, I learned from my mother that&nbsp;her difficult path towards motherhood took her about 10 years of trying, and&nbsp;then I was able to realize what a difficult path my parents had gone through. Another fact that&nbsp;many of my friends gave birth through IVF also brought me closer to the clinic and&nbsp;the patients. Having got acquainted over the years with different stories of our patients and&nbsp;knowing the stories of my friends and&nbsp;parents, I can say with confidence that&nbsp;each of them has their own pain and&nbsp;their own process which&nbsp;is not easy.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years that&nbsp;I have been a part of the clinic\u2019s team, I have been involved in&nbsp;the implementation of completely different tasks: from creating contracts, describing work standards and&nbsp;participating in&nbsp;international exhibitions to filming a movie, organizing a holiday for&nbsp;the children of our former patients, seminars for&nbsp;men and&nbsp;women who&nbsp;want to become parents with the help of IVF and&nbsp;even charter flights for&nbsp;foreign patients at&nbsp;the beginning of the pandemic\u2026<\/p>\n<p>For&nbsp;many years we have been continuously building the trustful relations with our patients. First, we were part of the team of one of the largest fertility clinics, and&nbsp;then, in&nbsp;2019, Dr. Olga Zaytseff and&nbsp;Dr. Elena Lapina created our large and&nbsp;beautiful home \u2014 O.L.G.A. Fertility Clinic \u2014 and&nbsp;the business became not a small part of a big business, but&nbsp;the very center of attention of its founders. I am glad that&nbsp;Dr. Olga&#8217;s business, which&nbsp;she created with so&nbsp;much love, lives on&nbsp;and&nbsp;develops successfully. Great story, great journey, great experience and&nbsp;great success \u2014 I have seen all this for&nbsp;many years and&nbsp;I am happy to be part of an incredible miracle that&nbsp;helps people, after&nbsp;sometimes many years of longing, to give birth to a child.<\/p>\n<p>I would like that&nbsp;patients, who&nbsp;have made a decision to get in&nbsp;touch with us, can trust us, relax and&nbsp;not worry that&nbsp;they will forget or&nbsp;miss something in&nbsp;the course of treatment. It is very important for&nbsp;me that&nbsp;they feel our care and&nbsp;can rely on&nbsp;us \u2014 for&nbsp;this we always have an action plan for&nbsp;any kind of possible scenario. Perhaps it is the desire to show sincere concern that&nbsp;helps me from the first words to bring warmth into the dialogue and&nbsp;sometimes even&nbsp;reach a trusting relationship with a person whom I do not know at&nbsp;all and&nbsp;who&nbsp;called me only because&nbsp;she accepted the idea of IVF. And&nbsp;quite often they call us from thousands of kilometers away&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I know how important this trust will be later during the treatment process, how it will support the patient and&nbsp;the team in&nbsp;achieving the result \u2014 an on-going pregnancy and&nbsp;childbirth within the minimum number of attempts. It is an incredible feeling to understand that&nbsp;after&nbsp;many attempts in&nbsp;different clinics, it was our team that&nbsp;was able to help the patient, putting all the expertise, love for&nbsp;their work and&nbsp;attention to every detail into the treatment process.<\/p>\n<h3>The O.L.G.A. Fertility Clinic\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>I draw my energy from being with people: from human contact and&nbsp;an environment of like-minded people. We hear and&nbsp;listen to each other, recognize each other&#8217;s worth. It&#8217;s great that&nbsp;in&nbsp;our everyday communication and&nbsp;in solving work tasks, you can enjoy not only the result of common work, but&nbsp;also the process of communication and&nbsp;warm relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Now&nbsp;we have about 100 people, and&nbsp;everyone is responsible for&nbsp;their own part of the process, but&nbsp;what distinguishes our team is the ability to develop completely different abilities. This gives energy to move on, inspiration to create comfortable conditions for&nbsp;colleagues and, of course, for&nbsp;patients.<\/p>\n<h3>My personal interests\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>My resource is my family and&nbsp;the ability to look inside myself and&nbsp;devote time to what I really love, and&nbsp;not to what is considered to be fashionable or&nbsp;prestigious.<\/p>\n<p>I am very grateful to my family for&nbsp;supporting me during busy periods of work, often protecting me from household chores and&nbsp;understanding my busyness on&nbsp;especially overwhelming working days.<\/p>\n<p>Silence and&nbsp;calmness also give me energy. If&nbsp;I manage to sit alone by the lake, then this is an incredible resource for&nbsp;me, but&nbsp;2-3 hours in&nbsp;peace and&nbsp;quiet at&nbsp;home will be also a great support. Perhaps that&nbsp;is why&nbsp;I love everything related to construction, renovation, and&nbsp;interior design &#8211; step by step to create a harmonious space where&nbsp;it is comfortable to be.<\/p>\n<p>I also enjoy sap surfing. I like the fact that&nbsp;the board is for&nbsp;one person and&nbsp;that it gains speed precisely due to the fact that&nbsp;I am rowing, not the motor. I like to go fast, feel the wind, and&nbsp;then reaching the middle of the water to just lie on&nbsp;my back and&nbsp;enjoy the silence and&nbsp;the swaying of the waves&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I love driving and&nbsp;used to be a member of various car clubs. I am charged by the understanding that&nbsp;I can control two tons of metal, even&nbsp;speed up a little, turn on&nbsp;the music \u2014 it&#8217;s like a quick restart for&nbsp;me.<\/p>\n<p>Probably, all this gives me energy: my work, family and&nbsp;short reboots when&nbsp;I am alone and&nbsp;in silence. Only these three ingredients put together give me the resource and&nbsp;drive which&nbsp;I need to do my work well, be proud of the results, have a solid ground under my feet to move on&nbsp;and&nbsp;be in&nbsp;a resourceful state that&nbsp;allows me to care for&nbsp;others and&nbsp;help&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3>My education<\/h3>\n<p>2008 \u2014 St. Petersburg State University of Economics and&nbsp;Finance, qualification \u2014 linguist, translator (higher education).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 The work that&nbsp;I love Now&nbsp;I am responsible for&nbsp;the quality of work of each patient coordinator.
