At&nbsp;that time, we worked as&nbsp;an international department of a big fertility clinic and&nbsp;took care of patients coming from other countries, and&nbsp;I, a linguist by my education and&nbsp;a person who&nbsp;mentally linked the future with foreign languages, was glad to have the opportunity to practice both English and&nbsp;French. In&nbsp;addition, the medical environment was close to me: my sister is a pediatrician, and&nbsp;my mother is a senior nurse. Now, years later, I understand that&nbsp;I got much more than&nbsp;I expected: the opportunity to be needed, to feel my professional value and&nbsp;to be part of something completely unique\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Our patients\u2019 treatment process is comparable to a journey that&nbsp;requires great physical and&nbsp;emotional effort. My role as&nbsp;a patient coordinator is to organize this journey from A to Z, help to start it, and&nbsp;then to stay close by providing the support that&nbsp;might be needed.<\/p>\n<p>I try to do my best to make patients feel comfortable and&nbsp;at ease during the entire treatment process: to see in&nbsp;each patient a person, respect the will and&nbsp;thinking of this person, and&nbsp;through this \u2014 to understand what this particular person needs in&nbsp;a particular situation, why&nbsp;she is here now, what fears she has and&nbsp;why she insists on&nbsp;something.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes patients come to us, already having in&nbsp;mind a detailed image of our clinic: they are familiar with one of our specialists or&nbsp;with the uniqueness of our treatment process, or&nbsp;they know about the history of the clinic, or&nbsp;they have heard about our results. And&nbsp;sometimes a patient calls us knowing only the name of the clinic and&nbsp;the phone number. And&nbsp;I hope that&nbsp;my knowledge, professionalism, and&nbsp;ability to provide high-quality information all together help to generate interest and&nbsp;trust in&nbsp;the clinic. It is important for&nbsp;me that&nbsp;after&nbsp;the first meeting with me every person may feel comfort from our communication, understand that&nbsp;she has contacted the clinic which&nbsp;will try to do everything possible to help her.<\/p>\n<p>And&nbsp;last but&nbsp;very important, it is great to see the result of our common work \u2014 the long-awaited baby and&nbsp;happy parents.<\/p>\n<h3>The O.L.G.A. Fertility Clinic\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>The O.L.G.A. Clinic is, perhaps, not just a place of work \u2014 these are people who&nbsp;are close to me, this is an opportunity to feel your own value in&nbsp;a business that&nbsp;is unique in&nbsp;everything, starting with an idea, continuing with the team and&nbsp;ending with the walls of the clinic. This is a living organism that&nbsp;is constantly growing and&nbsp;developing, but&nbsp;the main thing remains unchanged: we care about how the patient feels during the treatment, how comfortable she is and&nbsp;what the result of the treatment will be. Therefore, competence, professionalism, empathy and&nbsp;a real, heartfelt individual approach are of huge importance to us.<\/p>\n<h3>My personal interests \u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>For&nbsp;many years foreign languages have always been my passion: I enjoy looking for&nbsp;interesting information sources, attending language courses, learning from incredible teachers, reading foreign literature.<\/p>\n<p>I also like comfortable physical activities: functional training, stretching, cycling, roller skating. Sometimes it is an opportunity to take care of your body by training your muscles, sometimes it is a way to unwind and&nbsp;relax by changing the type of activity, and&nbsp;sometimes it is a chance to admire the views around without focusing on&nbsp;anything in&nbsp;particular&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Dancing, music, singing, drawing \u2014 I practiced all these activities as&nbsp;a child and&nbsp;I still dance with pleasure, I am sensitive to music and&nbsp;even sometimes sing for&nbsp;pleasure or&nbsp;a quick reboot.<\/p>\n<p>And&nbsp;if I have a little more of free time, then I am happy to go to my family country house: this is the place of my absolute tranquility.
