Clinic for&nbsp;the past 5 years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 30px 0 10px 0; color: #ae536a; font-style: bold;\"><strong>The age group 48-52y.o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"width: 25%; max-width: 120px; margin: 0 30px 20px 0;\" src=\"https:\/\/e.olgafertilityclinic.com\/i\/2023\/20231030-i1.jpg\" align=\"right\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In&nbsp;<b>2019-2022<\/b> O.L.G.A.\u00a0Clinic has done 192\u00a0ETs in&nbsp;women 48-52y.o.\u00a0using donor eggs or&nbsp;donor embryos.<\/p>\n<p>91 out of these 192\u00a0embryo transfers resulted in&nbsp;live birth (47,4% Live Birth Rates)<\/p>\n<p>We know exact term of delivery in&nbsp;88 out of these 91\u00a0deliveries:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>65 deliveries at&nbsp;term 37 weeks+ (73,9%)<\/li>\n<li>20 deliveries 36-33 weeks (22,7%)<\/li>\n<li>3 deliveries 32-31 weeks (3,4%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; max-width: 360px;\" src=\"https:\/\/e.olgafertilityclinic.com\/i\/2023\/20231030-i2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u25b8 No deliveries before&nbsp;31 weeks<\/p>\n<p>\u25b8 MR 14,2%, only before&nbsp;12\u00a0weeks<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 40px 0 10px 0; color: #ae536a; font-style: bold;\"><strong>The age group 44-45y.o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In&nbsp;comparison we look at&nbsp;the group of women who&nbsp;receieved embryo transfers at&nbsp;the age of 45-46 at&nbsp;O.L.G.A. Clinic in&nbsp;St. Petersburg in&nbsp;<b>2019-2022<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"width: 25%; max-width: 120px; margin: 0 30px 20px 0;\" src=\"https:\/\/e.olgafertilityclinic.com\/i\/2023\/20231030-lbr51.jpg\" align=\"right\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O.L.G.A. Clinic has done 247ETs in&nbsp;women 44-45 using donor eggs or&nbsp;donor embryos.<\/p>\n<p>126 out of these 247 embryo transfers resulted in&nbsp;live birth (51% Live Birth Rates)<\/p>\n<p>We know exact term of delivery in&nbsp;125 out of these 126\u00a0deliveries<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>110 deliveries at&nbsp;term 37 weeks+\u00a0(88%)<\/li>\n<li>10 deliveries 33-36 weeks\u00a0(8%)<\/li>\n<li>5 deliveries 32-28 weeks\u00a0(4%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; max-width: 360px;\" src=\"https:\/\/e.olgafertilityclinic.com\/i\/2023\/20231030-i3.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u25b8 No deliveries before&nbsp;28 weeks<\/p>\n<p>\u25b8 MR 16,5%<br \/>\n\u00a0 \u00a011,9% before&nbsp;12 weeks, 4,6% after&nbsp;12 weeks<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 40px 0 10px 0; color: #ae536a;\"><strong>\u2714\ufe0e Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0;\">After&nbsp;embryo transfers done at&nbsp;the age of 48-52. in&nbsp;O.L.G.A. Clinic Live Birth Rates were slightly lower than&nbsp;after&nbsp;embryo transfers at&nbsp;the age of 44-45 (47,4% vs 51%) , still very high in&nbsp;comparison to LBR after&nbsp;standard embryo transfer in&nbsp;Europe. The majority of deliveries in&nbsp;both groups took place at&nbsp;full term \u2014 after&nbsp;full 37 weeks (73,9% of deliveries in&nbsp;the 44-45y.o. group and&nbsp;88% of deliveries in&nbsp;the 44-45y.o. group).<\/p>\n<p>There were no deliveries before&nbsp;28 full weeks in&nbsp;both\u00a0groups.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 40px 0 10px 0; color: #ae536a;\"><strong>\u2714\ufe0e Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0;\"><strong>Live birth rates and&nbsp;obstetric outcomes are very good and&nbsp;comparable when&nbsp;using donor eggs in&nbsp;embryo transfers at&nbsp;the age of 48-52 and&nbsp;44-45. Robust health check before&nbsp;undergoing embryo transfer in&nbsp;mature maternal age is crucial.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>O.L.G.A.
