Frances is an amazing woman, accomplished already so much in her life \u2014 being an opera singer, vocal and scenic coach, certified medical secretary and \u200b\u200bspecialist in ICD-coding (classification of diseases)! But something important was missing from the picture and she decided to become a solo mom. She was 37 at that time and started IVF treatment in a local clinic being sure that it would work quickly. But unfortunately, 3 IVF attempts and 3 fresh transfers did not result in a pregnancy and even no embryos were found to be suitable for freezing. It had left Frances devastated and puzzled \u2014 what is wrong with me?<\/p>\n

After the seminar and encouraging one-to-one talk with Dr. Olga Zaytseff, Frances quickly collected all the necessary data which two of our Expert-Doctors \u2014 Dr. Anna Gusareva and Dr. Maia Shestakova carefully and thoroughly analyzed.<\/p>\n

General health:<\/b><\/h4>\n

  • 38 years old, normal BMI<\/li>\n
  • 2020: Sarcoidosis<\/strong> of the lungs was diagnosed. There was a short course of Prednisolone for 6 weeks. The latest CT-scan in August 2021 revealed no significant progression of the pathological process.<\/li>\n
  • Depression<\/strong> was also diagnosed. Sertraline therapy was prescribed at a dose of 100 mg per day.<\/li>\n
  • Other<\/strong>: coxarthrosis\u00a0 in connection to inborn instability of the hip joints. No treatment of this condition.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Gynecological health:<\/b><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • One natural pregnancy in 2016, terminated<\/li>\n
    • 2014<\/strong>: cervical conization due to CIN3.<\/li>\n
    • AMH 21\/12\/2022 : 2.7 mcg\/L, AFC about 7+6<\/li>\n
    • 2021: hydrosonography (HSG), normal passage through both fallopian tubes.<\/li>\n
    • May and June 2021<\/strong>:<\/strong> hysteroscopic myomectomy performed in two parts. One submucosal fibroid and two small endometrial\u00a0 polyps from the cervical-corporal border were removed.<\/li>\n
    • According to the notes from 2021, there are still two small intramural fibroids (3 mm and 15 mm) in the front wall\/fundal part of the uterus.<\/li>\n
    • 2022<\/strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0 second hydrosonography (HSG) to see the\u00a0 uterine cavity. No pathological changes\u00a0 were found.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      IVF treatment history before OLGA<\/b><\/h4>\n

      Trying for a baby since 2022.<\/p>\n

      3 IVFs with donor sperm and 3 fresh ETs, one on day 3 of development\u00a0 and 2 on blastocyst\u00a0 stage. Sadly, no pregnancy was achieved.<\/p>\n
