Thank you so much for everything. You asked me why I decided to come to your clinic. I mentioned a couple but there are many, many reasons why I chose you. They are as follows:<\/p>\n
1. Firstly I researched all clinics (on-line). Your Clinic had one of the best prenancy and live birth rates for older women.<\/p>\n
2. Genetic matching where possible was attractive, especially as I do not wish to disclose my program option to my children.<\/p>\n
3. Personal reasons as discussed – I always wanted to travel to Russia. I'm so glad I did and enjoyed a wonderful and eye-opening holiday.<\/p>\n
4. Personal correspondence. This greatly increased my confidence in the clinic and medical staff. All questions and concerns were addressed.<\/p>\n
5. After I visited the clinic, there were more reasons to go – The clinic is very clean and well organised and has the addded bonus of the attached pharmacy.<\/p>\n
6. Time allocated for consultation is fantastic – questions, explanations, putting the patient at ease- a very important aspect.<\/p>\n
7. In-depth consultation with Dr Olga especially in regard to medical reports and failed attempts at IVF, previous medical history and infertility. Dr Olga examined everything. She advised I needed an operation before even proceeding with any treatment to increase my chances. (Other clinics and professionals continue programs without always exploring the source of the problem until a few programs have been unsuccessful – this is at great expense both financially and emotionally to the patient).<\/p>\n
8. Easy access to the clinic as it is in the centre of the city, close to the subway, buses, trains, airport and near all the major tourist attractions. Easy to eat, shop, find accommodation within a short distance from the clinic.<\/p>\n
9. The clinic is opposite the Kazan Cathedral- symbolic with all the mother and child icons – good to go and pray before and after treatment. (I have put many candles there)<\/p>\n
10. The cost is reasonable. Variety of treatments and all at reasonable costs.<\/p>\n
11. Medication available at the pharmacy is better priced than in country of origin – all the same brands or similar which meant my doctor could prescribe these back home should I need them.<\/p>\n
12.Costs of staying and eating in St Petersburg also are reasonable – especially for people, like ourselves, that have used up all of our funds to do IVF treatments and are trying to do our best to make our money go further but still are desperate to have children, The success rate, the reasonable cost of treatment and being in St Petersburg on a budget (good food, accommodation, entertainment) means your Clinic was the option for us.<\/p>\n
13. Communiation in English. English is well spoken and written at the clinic. Thank you for your efforts and education.<\/p>\n
14. Equipment. State-of the Art technology. Very impressive. Excellent quality ultra-sounds.<\/p>\n
15. Use of modern social media – Facebook and keeing in touch via emails and\/or Skype. Much easier than haivng to make appointments every time. This happens at other clinics because the patient gets charged every time they see the doctor. It is so helpful and less stressful knowing I can ask something and send an email any time of day or night and you will get expert advice back as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
16. Nurse care – Great having a nurse to explain things and offer helpful advice in times of need. The lesson on Plan B is wonderful. The only clinic I know that offers this treatment and guidance.<\/p>\n
17. Follow up. When a patient informs the clinic that the treatment has been successful or not – it is such pleasure to receive an email whether it be congratulations or a supportive email which makes the patient feel someone is listening, someone cares and understands. It makes the patient feel better and the relatonship a more personal one.<\/p>\n
18. Wonderful first trimestre follow up care. Every email expressing concerns, issues, queries, etc has always been answered with helpful guidance or advice. This being at no cost whatsoever. No other clinic I know offers this service.<\/p>\n
19. I loved the Christmas card from a couple of yeras ago – with the staff and babies. Such a personal touch.<\/p>\n
20. Smiling, friendly staff. Such good vibe.<\/p>\n
21.The reception is well organised and calm. Very relaxing to the patient.<\/p>\n
22. Your organisation. Helpful assistance with transfers and anything else that may be needed.<\/p>\n
23. The Contract. Very well written, clear and fair. Good especially in relation to privacy.<\/p>\n
24. Excellent information provided – cycle, medications, treatment explained in an intelligent, simple and easy to follow manner. I feel ike a fertility expert now – know more than quite a few doctors now!<\/p>\n
