Double Donation (also Embryo Donation or Embryo Adoption) means both donor egg and donor sperm are needed to create your pregnancy. This method can be used by single women or couples.

On each sperm donor’s page, you will typically see several quality options, such as IUI or ICI, and different motility (MOT) characteristics (e.g., MOT2, MOT5, MOT20). These details indicate how the sperm was prepared before freezing and its motility. Please note that these characteristics are specifically important for insemination treatments. If you are undergoing IVF or ICSI, they usually do not impact the success of the procedure. However, we recommend purchasing the sperm with MOT10+
to ensure the best yield of motile spermatozoa.
We recommend purchasing two portions of your selected donor sperm to ensure the same donor is available for potential subsequent treatment. However, one portion is sufficient for a single fertilization.
