Donation of eggs (ovum donation) is a treatment that can provide you a chance of becoming a mother when your own eggs cannot be used achieve pregnancy. At O.L.G.A. Fertility Clinic, we have our own database of egg donors. This allows us to offer you a choice of young, healthy, attractive egg donors who are ready to start the treatment process as soon as you are. We reached a pregnancy rate of 60% using donor eggs in 2008.

At our clinic, there is a single egg donor per recipient. You therefore get all the eggs that your personal donor produces (in one cycle of egg harvesting). So there is no “egg sharing” with other recipients. Since all our donors are young and have proven fertility (they have at least one healthy child), there is a good chance of success (60% clinical pregnancy rate in 2008). We have a large donor database, there is no waiting list for donation of eggs, and we can work flexibly to fit in with your plans. Furthermore, our prices are reasonable and clear.
O.L.G.A. Fertility Clinic offers a very personal donor-recipient matching programme. The majority of our donors are of North European appearance, which means blonde or brown hair and blue, green, grey or brown eye colour. All steps of treatment are carried out at our own clinic. We usually transfer fresh rather than frozen embryos. This surely improves the success rate. Embryos are given time to develop to blastocyst stage (5 days old) and you can choose from transferring 1 or 2 embryos. Any extra embryos, that weren’t used in this treatment may be frozen for another attempt or second child. We can perform pre-implantation diagnosis, and allow help in your family balancing.
Criteria for egg recipients
O.L.G.A. Fertility Clinic can treat women up to 50 years old who wish to become the recipients of donated eggs. You may be married, in a relationship or single.
Criteria for egg donors
Our egg donors are all young: aged under 30, with an average age of 26 years. They are healthy, fertile and good looking and they have at least one child of their own. They go through a complete medical evaluation by a therapist, gynaecologist and psychiatrist, and are screened for HIV, Hepatitis B and C every 3 months.
