Webinar 23 September at 18:00 CEST

Egg donors — who are they and why do they donate eggs?

A webinar on Zoom with participation of former egg donors.

In the photo you can see our former egg donors Anna, Ksenia, Valeria, Anastasia and Irina.

For over 15 years Anna Katterson @eggdonationblog and her team, all former egg donors Dr. Olga invited in the OLGA Team years back, has been developing supportive online community and educational websites providing clear and easy to understand information about fertility, the increasing demand for donor eggs and sperm, and the ways in which women can contribute to helping others achieve their dreams of parenthood.

Many of our donors have their own children and treasure motherhood as the biggest gift in their lives. They truly feel for women suffering infertility and have their genuine wish to help.

We deeply value this kindness and generosity and ensure that egg donors are accompanied through their donation process with all the professionalism, safety, warmth, care and support.

Each of our egg donors has her personal nurse, individual doctor and coordinator. Even after discontinuation of the donation programme, our egg donors are welcome to return for free consultations or examinations whenever needed.

Over the last 15 years some nice traditions have been established. For example, Christmas presents for the egg donors and their children. Each December, our "reindeer team" spreads holiday cheer across the city and beyond, giving Christmas presents together with all our warmth and gratitude to our egg donors and their families.

The warmest and the most touching tradition we have developed throughout the years is the exchange of anonymous postcards or letters between the egg donor and the recipient. These heartfelt messages, filled with encouragement, gratitude, and love, symbolize the profound connection between women united by hope and compassion. Although no personal details are shared, these notes carry the immense strength and warmth of one woman reaching out to another.

23 September at 18:00 CEST you will have a unique opportunity to meet our former egg donors in person in our on-free line webinar "Egg donors — who are they and why do they donate eggs?", listen to their stories and ask them questions.

We will focus on diagnostics and individualized treatment of those inflammatory, hormonal, immune and other conditions that may impair implantation and lead to pregnancy losses. The goal is to increase live birth rates per each embryo transferred and reduce the potential number of embryo transfers till live birth by optimally preparing the uterus and the whole body for forthcoming embryo transfer.
