Attempt with own eggs and donor sperm – one cycle of IVF (ICSI) with your own eggs and donor sperm, PGT-A and all Blastocyst transfer cycles of resulting blastocysts, suitable for use, received within this IVF (ICSI) cycle with PGT-A.

Each Attempt with own eggs and donor sperm includes:

IVF (ICSI) cycle with your own eggs, donor sperm and PGT-A:

• Individual stimulation plan
• Medical coordination before, during and after your egg retrieval
• Egg retrieval under general anaesthesia
• Fertilization of the retrieved eggs via IVF (ICSI if required) with donor sperm
• Cultivation of fertilized eggs till blastocyst stage
• Assisted hatching and biopsy of all blastocysts if any available
• Cryopreservation of blastocysts if any available
• PGT-A testing if applicable

Blastocyst transfer cycles of all euploid embryos (if available), received within this IVF (ICSI) cycle with PGT-A.

Each own egg blastocyst transfer cycle includes:

• Individual treatment plan

• Thawing of a suitable for use blastocyst
• Blastocyst transfer

Should there be no ongoing pregnancy and live birth achieved within 2 Attempts with Your own eggs, and no suitable for use embryos are left in storage, the treatment is proceeded with donor eggs and donor sperm (Double Donation).

Attempt with Double donation - One ICSI cycle with donor eggs and donor sperm with a guarantee of one blastocyst available for transfer. If more than one blastocyst results from this ICSI cycle, the Attempt includes all Blastocyst transfer cycles of resulting blastocysts, suitable for use.

Egg donor choice. You are choosing 2 egg donors per cycle from our Egg Donor Catalogue, we assist you with your choice if you wish.  We provide you with extended profiles of these suggested egg donors including donors’ photos, physical description, family and medical history, education, occupation, interests and much more.

Confirmed egg donor – an egg donor, chosen by the Patient from the Catalogue and reserved by the Agency for the Patient.

The cost of donor sperm is not included. In case you have treatment in Cyprus, you can choose your sperm donors from any Sperm Bank of your choice. The costs of shipment of your donor sperm samples from Cryos and European Sperm Bank to the clinic in Cyprus are included. In case you have treatment in St. Petersburg you can order sperm from sperm banks in Russia and we take care of your shipment.

Each Double Donation Attempt includes:

One ICSI cycle with donor eggs:

• Egg Donor recruitment and medical screening in compliance with Russian laws;
• Opportunity to use extended Egg Donor Catalogue for personal choice of at least 2 egg donors whose parameters suit your individual personal needs and values.
• The choice of the egg donors is equal in terms of quality, potential success rates, individual patient’s choice.
• Medical examination of the Confirmed Egg Donors;
• Individual stimulation plan for one of the Confirmed Egg Donors (incl. medications);
• Medical coordination and psychological support for the Confirmed Egg Donor before, during and after the donation in St. Petersburgs;
• Egg retrieval from one of the Confirmed Egg Donors under general anesthesia
• Financial compensation for the Confirmed Egg Donor who has undergone egg retrieval.
• Preparation of donor’s sperm
• Fertilization of 6 donor eggs with donor’s sperm.
• Cultivation of fertilized eggs till blastocyst stage.

You are not obligated to complete all cycles and may withdraw from the treatment between the cycles and still get a partial refund.
