Fixed discounted price of 17 900 EUR for up to 2 IVF (ICSI) cycles with PGT-A including all embryo transfers of all suitable for use blastocysts (if available) with Patient’s own eggs and up to 3 blastocyst transfers with donor embryos until live birth is achieved, cryopreservation and storage of the Partner's/Donor's sperm and of the frozen blastocysts created with Patient’s own eggs within the duration of the Contract, .
Attempt with own eggs — One cycle of IVF(ICSI) with PGT-A and all the Embryo transfer cycles of resulting blastocysts, suitable for use, received within this IVF(ICSI) cycle with PGT-A.
Each Attempt with own eggs includes
IVF (ICSI) cycle with PGT-A:
- Individual stimulation plan
- Medical coordination before, during and after each visit
- Egg retrieval under general anesthesia
- Fertilization of the retrieved eggs via IVF (ICSI if required)
- Cultivation of fertilized eggs till blastocyst stage
- Biopsy of blastocysts
- Cryopreservation of blastocysts
- PGT-A testing
- Laboratory tests required by the Ministry of Health for fertility patients for the Patient and her Partner*
Each blastocyst transfer cycle includes:
- Individual treatment plan for the blastocyst transfer
- Medical coordination before, during and after each visit
- Thawing and cultivation of a suitable for use blastocyst
- Blastocyst transfer
- Laboratory tests required by the Ministry of Health for fertility patients for the Patient*
Should there be no ongoing pregnancy and livebirth achieved within 2 Attempts with Patient’s own eggs, and no suitable for use embryos are left in storage, the treatment is proceeded with donor embryos.
Each Attempt with donor embryo includes
- Careful selection of at least 2 blastocysts from the Embryo bank,
- Top quality egg and sperm from professional Egg and Sperm donors for creation of the blastocysts;
- Extended profiles of the Egg donor and Sperm donor
- Individual treatment plan for each Donor blastocyst transfer cycle
- Medical coordination before, during and after each visit
- Thawing and cultivation of a blastocyst
- Blastocyst transfer
- Laboratory tests required by the Ministry of Health for fertility patients for the Patient*
100% of the paid amount will be refunded if no baby is born after up to 2 Attempts with Patient’s own eggs and 3 blastocyst transfer cycles of Donor embryos, completed within the duration of the Contract.
You are not obligated to complete all cycles and may withdraw from the treatment between the cycles and still get a refund.
Additional medical services (if necessary) such as one hysteroscopy, one ERA test, laboratory tests for the Patient and her Partner (if applicable), cryopreservation and storage of the Partner's/Donor's sperm and of the frozen blastocysts created with Patient’s own eggs within the duration of the Contract are included.
